Longhorn Beetle Anaglyptus mysticus
![]() |
This distinctively marked Longhorn
Beetle (Cerambycidae) is reputedly a common species throughout the UK.
However there are not many Shropshire records for this beetle and it appears
to be much less common than some other longhorn beetles. Longhorn beetle larvae live in timber, either living or dead timber. Photo: Near Cound, June 2005. |
